ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
I possess a profound fascination with the human quest to derive meaning from life’s raw materials. With a unique dual training in clinical social work and theology, my therapeutic practice thrives on integrating mind, body, and spirit. I adeptly blend various therapeutic modalities, including Depth Psychology, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I offer individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, viewing each interaction as a relational journey toward deepening one’s sacred connection to self and others. Focusing on trauma, addiction, LGBTQ+ issues, life transitions, and eating disorders, I believe in the importance of relationships in facilitating personal growth and healing.
My approach to therapy is anything but conventional. I incorporate diverse mediums such as art, writing, movement, nature, film, and music into the healing process. Additionally, I help clients craft meaningful ceremonies and rituals for pivotal moments in their lives, including professional transitions, relationship milestones, and journeys through addiction recovery.
